Organizing your domains with labels

Labels are available on the Domains page to help you categorize and arrange the domains in your account. Use different colored labels to differentiate your domains and organize them in a way that makes sense to you.
To add a new label, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your name.com account.
- Click on the MY DOMAINS link, located on the top right of the navigation.
- On the left-hand side of your domains list, click on the label icon to open the label management.

Easily manage your domains by creating and applying custom color-coded labels. Streamline your workflow by marking specific domains for better organization and quick identification.
Create New Labels
Click the orange label icon to begin. Define your custom label name, pick a vibrant color using the pencil tool, and save it with the plus sign.
Apply Labels Efficiently
Select your domains, choose the appropriate labels, and toggle between add or apply modes. Your selections will highlight in green for easy confirmation before saving.
Finalize Your Changes
Once your domains are marked, simply press the Apply Changes button to update them. Click Close when you are finished managing your domain collection.
Removing labels from your domains

Apply New Labels
Simply click the label management icon to start applying tags to your specific domains.
Clear Existing Labels
Double click any assigned label to toggle its status and quickly remove it from the preview.
Searching and sorting your domains
Once you have created all of your labels, you can now search for them in your domain management page. This allows for better organization.
Sorting through your labels helps you categorize and manage multiple web properties effectively without any confusion.
Note: Once a label is created, you cannot edit it. You must remove it from all domains to delete it and create a new one.
Access Your Domain Portfolio
Log in to your name.com account and click the MY DOMAINS button at the top right corner to view your current list.
Filter Domains by Label
Click the label you are searching for so the system will only show domains with this specific assigned label.
Searching for labels directly
- Log in to your name.com account.
- Click on the MY DOMAINS button, located on the top right-hand corner. This will show your domain list.

Click Search By and select Label from the bottom of the dropdown menu. This will assign the label filter to the search box

Type in the name of the label you are looking for and press enter or Search:
